1. ALLERGY WARNING
All of our cookies contain Eggs and Gluten, some contain Peanuts or Tree Nuts. All of Flavor Fusion Cookies are made in the same equipment that is used to produce products containing peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat and soy.
2. Can we give New Flavor Suggestions?
YES, just Email us at flavorfusioncookie@gmail.com. We'd love to hear from you!
3. Can I make a large Order?
Yes, we bake cookies for all occasions (Birthday ~ Special Events ~ Holidays) at this time our max order limit is 200 cookies. *NOTE* All cookies for catering orders are 2.5 oz, which are half the ounces of our full size cookies.
4. What is the MINIMUM REQUIREMENT for a CATERING ORDER?
The minimum required quantity for a catering order is 50 Cookies.
5. What are your Business Hours?
Business Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m (EST) If you contact us outside of business hours, you'll receive a response by the next business day.
6. What Days do you Ship?
Please note that we only ship on MONDAY - WEDNESDAY. This helps to ensure maximum freshness. Orders placed on WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY will ship out that following Monday.
7. Why don't you Ship on Friday's?
All cookies are baked fresh and shipped to order. We want to ensure you have an enjoyable experience with us and not have your order sitting in the Post Office all weekend long. We ship MONDAY through WEDNESDAY
8. Can I Freeze my Cookies?
Want to save some cookies for later? Here is what you can do:
Keep Cookies at Room Temperature to preserve Freshness or they may be stored in an airtight container for at least one week. For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you don't plan to eat immediately. When ready to eat, let them sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes and Microwave Cookies to Reheat for 10 to 15 seconds.
Do Not Refrigerate Cookies As This Will Dry Them Out.
9. How much notice do I need for a catering order?
72 Hours but Please contact us.
10. RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on our products, we operate under the following refund policy: All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our baked goods. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
